The Department of Basic Science and Humanities forms the basis of consolidating the positions of science, technology and life skills in our institute. The Department consists of a team of highly qualified and experienced faculty members who have tremendous potential to shape the attitude, habits, innate talents and personalities of students and transform them into professionals. Well-equipped labs, academic achievements, seminars and projects on environment and economics add to the Department’s laurels.

Given the importance of English as the global language for business communication, we give utmost emphasis on communication skills of our students. The Digital Multimedia Language Lab is an added attraction in the department, where spoken English, BPO Language Skills and capacity building courses add value to the ongoing process of career building.
